0	The "Class 0" appliances are without earthing protection and with a simple insulation, destinated to dry areas.	CEE 7- Sheet II 10-16A 250V	SK
1	The "Class 1" appliances must have their chassis connected to the ground, by an earthconductor (yellow/green). The protection is assured by an automatic switch (generally a differential breaker) which, in case of defective insulation, cuts the electric power supply off, by discharging the current to the ground. The differential breaker must be set to the resistance of the earth-connection.
